Of all the possible locations in Napa, Disney Studios chose our home and vineyard as the premier spot to feature in the remake of the famous "The Parent Trap," originally starring Hayley Mills, Brian Keith and Maureen O'Hara. Starring in the remake in the same roles are Lindsay Lohan, Dennis Quaid, and Natasha Richardson. The movie was released in July 1998 and we were excited to see the various views and elements of our vineyard and villa showcased in the movie. You can also see Staglin Family Vineyard wine bottles in many scenes in the movie, as well as in the film credits at the end.
